Take advantage of my expertise as an Equicoach. As the director of a successful equestrian organisation, head of the equestrian section of a training centre, project manager for international federations, FEI Solidarity expert and FFE collaborator, I have put in place tried and tested strategies and solutions that I have developed in my equestrian organisation to overcome these challenges and carry out a wide range of projects in many different fields.
I have managed to have a family life during the full activity of my equestrian structure, take holidays, enjoy my children, go to restaurants as a couple or as a family.
My riding school, l’Etrier de Condat, was a benchmark in terms of profitability, customer service, innovation, well-being of ponies and horses, education and performance.

A mission
An example
MOROCCO
It’s a great story that began in 2017.
Aims: To develop basic horse riding – To set up competitions adapted to the first levels of competition – To enable clubs to develop through this discipline.
Actions: Organisation of friendly competitions for 2 years. Training for teachers, judges and ringmasters.
Moroccan tour of coaching seminars to present and practice Equiplay.
Results: In 2020, EQUIPLAY is an official discipline of the Royal Moroccan Federation of Equestrian Sports. EQUIPLAY comprises 3 disciplines: Equifun, Pony-Games and Carrousel.
We welcome an average of 300 couples to each competition.
The first championships were held in 2022.
