Over more than 40 years of experience and through assignments carried out in many different countries, I have worked alongside managers, instructors, equestrian federations, and equestrian businesses facing a wide range of challenges.
I spent 25 years managing a highly successful equestrian center, recognized for its outstanding customer service, commitment to horse and pony welfare, capacity for innovation, and achievements in both recreational riding and competition.
These experiences have exposed me to different cultures, management styles, and approaches to development. They have shaped a coaching approach based on listening, adaptability, and practical action.

Mes Missions
Since 2012, I have been travelling around the world to train and support riding instructors, riders, equestrian centres, and national federations. Each mission is a new human and professional adventure where I learn as much as I share, discovering new cultures, innovative practices, and extraordinary instructors whose passion and expertise continually inspire me
