For 25 years my organisation has been a huge playground.
The shetland-club, pony-club, horse-club has allowed me to blossom in every area of my life: professional, family, personal, financial, etc.
The objective: to offer riders a high quality service that meets their expectations, to make sure that each rider feels unique and privileged, to have a very profitable structure, to have free time to enjoy family life.
Actions: division of the structure into 5 departments: shetland-club, pony-club, horse-club, owner’s competition stable, professional training centre, etc. Each department had its own development plan.

Our motto of ‘friendliness and skills’ gave us the motivation we needed every day
Organisation of the schedules of the operational teams, including us managers, to respect everyone’s private life
Results: a very profitable structure that allowed us to live comfortably with our 3 children.
For example: family holidays in the summer, each of our sons passed his driving test for his 18th birthday, got a car and €15,000 for his future projects.
