How Coaching Works with Me:
To start, I offer a free 30-minute session to conduct an initial analysis of your goals and challenges.
Following this, I propose an in-depth session of about 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes to conduct a diagnostic and prepare an action plan.
At the end of this session, I provide you with an analysis of your structure and a proposed action plan. Then, it’s up to you to decide how we continue our collaboration—whether it’s occasional sessions, a 1-month program, a 6-month program, or a full-year program.
